Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Choose your preferred return method to generate a prepaid USPS shipping label, which will be emailed to you immediately for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized USPS location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
